Responsible gambling tools and personal limits
Dada8 offers pre-commitment tools to help you control your gambling activity. You may set the following limits on your account:
- Deposit limits: maximum deposits per day, week, or month.
- Loss limits: maximum net losses per day, week, or month.
- Time limits: maximum time allowed on the platform per day, week, or month.
Limit changes take effect under the following rules: decreasing a limit takes effect immediately after processing; increasing a limit or revoking a limit takes effect seven (7) calendar days after the request is received.
Self-exclusion and cooling-off
- Temporary self-exclusion: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year. During this period deposits and gameplay are blocked; promotional offers are suspended.
- Permanent self-exclusion: a permanent ban from accessing the platform. A written request to revoke self-exclusion may be submitted; the account will be reactivated after a seven (7) day cooling-off period. Reactivation may be refused if evidence of continued problem gambling exists.
Take a break and account management
Users may take a break through the Responsible Gambling tools. During a break, the account balance remains intact, pending bets are settled in accordance with standard procedures, and account access is suspended until the break ends. Ending a take a break period early is not permitted.

Registration and continued use are prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. Dada8 conducts age and identity verification as part of onboarding and ongoing compliance. Winnings or balances held by underage players will be canceled in accordance with applicable law.
Red flags and responsible conduct
- Prolonged play sessions without breaks; irregular betting patterns; frequent or escalating deposits; reliance on myths about control of outcomes; signs of intoxication or distress; disclosure of financial hardship; and attempts to recover losses by chasing bets.
