Getting started with Dada8

Welcome to Dada8. This guide covers how to join, what you need to know before you start, and how to get set up quickly.

Who can open an account: You must be 18 or older and register in your own name. Some regions may have restrictions; if you’re unsure, check local laws before joining.
How to create an account: Click the Register button, pick your country, enter a valid email address, and create a strong password. Complete the required profile details and accept the terms to activate your account.
Common issues when signing up: Make sure every field is correct, you don’t already have an active account, and you’re using a supported device and browser. If you still can’t sign up, contact support via live chat for help.

Logging in is straightforward, but if you forget credentials or items fail, here’s how to recover.

Forgot password: Use the Forgot Password option on the login screen and follow the reset steps sent to your email.
Forgot username: Contact support to retrieve it.
Multiple accounts: Only one active account per person; attempts to create another account may be blocked.
Profile updates: Access your account by clicking your avatar in the menu and update details in the Profile section.
Account security: If you notice unusual activity, contact support and we may review the activity to protect your funds.
Closing and reopening: If you decide to close your account, contact support. Reopening may be possible in certain cases, but terms in force at reopening apply.
Account currency: The currency you choose at signup cannot be changed later; consider this choice carefully.

We verify players to protect everyone from fraud. Here’s what you’ll need and how it works.

Why verify: It protects against fraud and money laundering and speeds up withdrawals after verification.
Documents for identity and address: Upload a government-issued ID (national ID, passport, or driver’s license) and a proof of address (bank statement or utility bill in your name, dated within the last 3 months). Files must be JPEG, PNG, or PDF and under 3 MB each.
Proof of funds: For the deposit method used, provide a card photo (show the cardholder name, expiry date, and the first 6 and last 4 digits) or an e-wallet or IBAN document as applicable. These documents stay securely stored and are only accessed by authorized staff.
How to upload: Go to My Profile > Documents, select the type, attach the file, and submit for review. We’ll notify you when verification is complete.
Resubmitting and timing: Verification can take a short while depending on the documents; you can check status in your account center.
Note on usage: Verifying early helps with smooth withdrawals later and keeps your gaming experience uninterrupted.

Fees and limits: Dada8 does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals, but some payment methods may incur provider charges. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method.
